Online approval process for fleet managers.
'LeaseControl' gives fleet managers an e-business solution that maps the approval process online:
You can use 'LeaseControl' to check all the online order enquiries processed by your employees.
- If the order is OK, you can approve it online. The employee will be automatically notified by email.
- If the order is not OK, you can reject it online. The employee will be automatically notified and asked to change his order.
Managing access rights
'LeaseControl' offers fleet managers an overview of all users registered in the 'LeasingCenter'.
They can:
- manage the access rights for the 'LeasingCenter' of individual employees
- gain an insight into employees' calculations
- if necessary, even configure a vehicle for an employee
access service vouchers online and print them out
Whenever necessary, fleet managers can access new service vouchers for service repairs and tyre replacement online and print them out straight away.
- No restriction to business hours - available online immediately.
- When it comes to tyre replacement, you can check the contractually agreed entitlement in terms of type of tyre (e.g. summer or winter tyres) as well as the number of sets (e.g. 1 set of summer tyres and 1 set of winter tyres).
- If this quota is exceeded, a note is displayed so you can always keep a check on this.
At your request, we will integrate the VoucherCenter into our 'LeaseControl' e-business solution.
